Have had this iPhone 13 case for a few weeks and it has held up great definitely good quality
I ordered a phone screen replacement after getting a dud replacement off Amazon. The screen works well. It functions properly and I didn't lose anything from the phone which I'm so grateful for. Other service wanted 4x the price for the screen replacement, so getting something that works without breaking the bank was all I was looking for. The bezels are bigger than the original, but I expected that, and I've got no complaints about it.
I'd be happy with the product on its own, but the customer service 3c provided was excellent, so I'm incredibly pleased. I was contacted by Neo the same day I placed my order- they explained the possible shortcomings of the product, the things it did and did not come with, etc. I'd already done my research so I knew exactly what they were talking about and it was exactly what I was expecting, but I really appreciated the clarification and I'm sure it would be really helpful for a lot of people. They also had me verify my shipping address as it came up different in their system. I felt incredibly confident that my product was being handled with competence and care. 10/10 experience, honestly.
