Charging performance may vary depending on the connected device, battery level, operating temperature, case thickness, cable, power adapter, and number of devices being charged. 

Product Quality Notes

A 5,000mAh power bank is designed to provide convenient supplementary charging rather than multiple complete phone charges. The usable power delivered to a device will be lower than the rated cell capacity because some energy is consumed during voltage conversion, wireless transmission, and heat management.

Wireless charging is generally less energy-efficient than wired charging. For faster and more efficient charging, connect a compatible device directly through the USB-C or USB-A output port.

Some warmth during charging is normal. Charging speed may automatically decrease when temperature, battery condition, or device protection systems require it.
