I recently had my iPad 9th generation screen, which had been cracked for over eight months, fixed at 3C Easy Markham on June 22. After discussing the quote via text, I went to their location at Pacific Mall. They honored the quote and were super friendly. The technician explained everything he was going to do and even sent a picture via text. In person, the service was just as promised. It took about 30 minutes to change the screen, and he also noticed my battery was swollen and replaced that as well. He was friendly, quick, and efficient. I've had no problems with the screen since the repair. Everyone who saw the before and after thought I had a new iPad, but I told them it was just a fantastic repair job. I am grateful for the excellent service and would definitely return in the future. This was also my first time at Pacific Mall, and he was kind enough to text me a map of where the store was located.
