  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., gradual battery capacity decline, scratches).

📝 Warranty Claim Process

  1. Keep Your Receipt – Proof of repair is required.

  2. Contact Us – Call or email with your repair details.

  3. Assessment – Bring your device to our store; assessment is usually completed within 60 minutes.

  4. Resolution – If covered, we’ll repair or replace free of charge. If not, we’ll explain and provide a cost estimate.
