Honest, fast and high integrity. I don’t usually leave reviews but their service is honest and exceptional. iPhone that got dropped in the ocean, they helped diagnose the issue and didn’t force screen replacement. Instead they allow us to transfer to our new iPhone and only charged the diagnostic fee. Been to many other places for cracked screens and they always upcharge, things stop working and aren’t always honest. Neo is great! Amazing service and friendliness. Wish more stores were like this. I will definitely be back if I need any other repairs and will recommend to my friends
The people who work here are wonderful! They helped me right away with my older model iPhone and they fixed my charging port in less than 45 minutes well helping two other women at the same time. The workers here are excellent and extremely respectful! They let us stand inside the store and wait the whole time for my phone to be finished because there was soo many people walking around and I prefer to stay in one place. After my phone was fixed the worker then proceeded to make sure I saw how well they fixed it and make sure it went up in charge in front of me. I didn’t even have to ask one question because they went above and beyond helping me. They also even asked if I wanted my broken charging port back just in case! I said it’s okay and they got rid of it for me! If you ever need your phone fixed in the gta, Markham, Stouffville, new market, or anywhere please come to this shop! They also offer candy and water to customers when waiting! What a nice little treat! Thank you again!!!
We came here to get our phone screen fixed he changed us 115$ after few minutes he told us that he can repair the current screen so it will cost us 25$ only. He also offer free drinks and candy to customers. Very professional service. Honest. Recommend.
Sunday April 19 2026, I went here to get a piece of charger out of my charging port of my iPad. I was extremely worried that they wouldn’t be able to do it and other worries. But it turns out that they got it fixed super fast and under five minutes! Neo was very professional and polite! i’d give this 10 stars if I could! I’ll definitely come back if I have any more problems with any of my devices.
I came here to get the buttons on my Pixel fixed, as well as my Nintendo Switch Joycons. The service was exceptional and the prices were VERY reasonable. I will be visiting 3C Easy Markham again for future repair needs.
