1. Warranty Overview

At 3C-Easy Markham, we are dedicated to providing top-tier cellphone repair services and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with the results. To demonstrate our commitment to quality, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty covers both the parts we install and the workmanship involved in the repair process, ensuring your device continues to function as expected after it leaves our care.

2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to all cellphone repairs performed by 3C-Easy Markham and provides coverage under the following conditions:

2.1 Parts Warranty

  • Coverage Duration: We provide a warranty on all replacement parts used during the repair for a period up to 180 days, depending on the repair, from the date the repair is completed.
  • Scope of Coverage: The parts warranty covers any defects in the material or craftsmanship of the replacement parts. If a part fails due to a defect during the warranty period, we will replace it at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Eligible Parts: This warranty includes, but is not limited to, the following replacement parts:
    • Screens (LCD, OLED)
    • Batteries
    • Charging ports
    • Cameras
    • Buttons and switches (e.g., home button, volume buttons)
    • Speakers and microphones

2.2 Workmanship Warranty

  • Coverage Duration: Our workmanship warranty is valid for up to 90 days from the date of the repair.
  • Scope of Coverage: The workmanship warranty covers any errors or faults in the repair process that lead to the recurrence of the original issue. If the same problem occurs due to a mistake in our repair work, we will correct the issue free of charge.
  • Additional Services: If the workmanship error causes additional damage to the device, we will repair those damages at no cost.

2.3 Standard Warranty Period

  • Aftermarket, Regular, Standard, OE-Used, Unmarked Quality Screens and Parts, and AmpSentrix Basic Batteries
    Covered by a 30-day limited product warranty and a 30-day limited workmanship warranty, applicable only when installation is completed by 3C-Easy Markham.

  • Premium and Genuine Screens and Parts, and AmpSentrix Pro Batteries
    Eligible for a 90-day limited product warranty and a 90-day limited workmanship warranty, valid only if installed by 3C-Easy Markham.

  • Premium Plus Screens
    Covered by a 180-day product warranty and a 90-day limited workmanship warranty, when installed by 3C-Easy Markham.

Note: All warranty claims require the original physical or digital receipt. No exceptions.

3. Warranty Exclusions

While we strive to provide comprehensive coverage, certain situations and conditions are not covered under this warranty:

3.1 Physical and Accidental Damage

  • This warranty does not cover any physical damage sustained by the device after the repair, including but not limited to:
    • Cracks or shattering of the screen
    • Dents or bends in the frame
    • Liquid or water damage
    • Damage from drops, impacts, or external pressure
  • Exclusion Reasoning: Physical damage is often due to factors beyond our control and cannot be attributed to the quality of parts or workmanship provided during the repair.

3.2 Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications

  • Any repair, modification, or disassembly of the device by a third party or the customer will void this warranty. This includes:
    • Opening the device to inspect or modify internal components
    • Attempting to replace or repair parts after our service
  • Exclusion Reasoning: Unauthorized repairs or modifications can compromise the integrity of our repairs and may introduce new issues not covered by our warranty.

3.3 Software and Firmware Issues

  • The warranty does not cover issues related to the device's software or firmware, including but not limited to:
    • Operating system malfunctions
    • Software bugs or crashes
    • Incompatibility with apps or updates
    • Data corruption or loss
  • Exclusion Reasoning: Software issues are typically unrelated to hardware repairs and can often be resolved through software troubleshooting or updates.

3.4 Wear and Tear

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as:
    • Battery degradation over time
    • Minor scratches or scuffs
    • Gradual decline in device performance due to age
  • Exclusion Reasoning: Normal wear and tear are expected with device usage and do not constitute defects in parts or workmanship.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim with 3C-Easy Markham, please follow the steps outlined below:

4.1 Initial Contact

  • Contact our customer service team at +1 647-482-3239 or 3ceasymarkham@gmail.comto report the issue. Please provide the following information:
    • A detailed description of the problem
    • Your original repair receipt or proof of service
    • The date the repair was completed

4.2 Device Assessment

  • Bring the device to our store. Our technicians will perform an initial assessment to determine if the issue falls under the warranty coverage.
  • Assessment Timeline:We aim to complete the assessment within 60 minutes of receiving the device.

4.3 Warranty Determination

  • If the issue is covered by our warranty, we will:
    • Replace the defective part(s) at no cost
    • Correct any workmanship-related issues free of charge
  • If the issue is not covered, we will:
    • Provide a detailed explanation of why it is not covered
    • Offer a repair estimate for fixing the issue outside of the warranty

4.4 Repair Completion

  • Once the warranty claim is approved, we will proceed with the repair. The typical turnaround time for warranty repairs is 1 hour to 1 business day.
  • Notification:We will notify you as soon as the repair is complete and the device is ready for pickup or shipment.

5. Limitations and Liability

Our warranty has certain limitations and liability conditions to ensure fairness and clarity:

5.1 Maximum Liability

  • Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original cost of the repair service. We will not reimburse or compensate for any additional costs or losses associated with the device or repair.

5.2 No Consequential Damages

  • 3C-Easy Markhamis not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the repaired device. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Loss of data
    • Lost profits or revenue
    • Business interruption
    • Additional repair or replacement costs
  • Important Note:We strongly recommend backing up your data before bringing your device in for repair, as we cannot be held responsible for data loss.

6. Warranty Transferability

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who received the repair service. It cannot be transferred to another individual or applied to a different device.

7. Governing Law

  • This warranty is governed by the laws of Ontario, and any disputes arising from this warranty will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

8. Final Notes

  • Agreement to Terms:By using our repair services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty.
  • Additional Rights:This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. Please consult your local laws to understand any additional protections you may be entitled to.
