1. Scope of Online Sales
Our website offers electronic components, replacement parts, and accessories for sale only.
Repair services are not sold, booked, or authorized online. Any repair services offered by 3C-Easy Markham are provided exclusively in-store and remain subject to device inspection, service approval, part availability, and separate in-store documentation or written service terms, as applicable.
2. Product Description, Identification, and Compatibility
Product descriptions, model references, and compatibility information are provided for general identification and compatibility purposes only.
Any manufacturer, device, or brand names used on this website are used solely to identify product compatibility and do not imply affiliation, authorization, or endorsement unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unless expressly stated in the product listing, products sold by 3C-Easy Markham may include aftermarket, compatible, pulled, refurbished, or otherwise non-OEM parts.
While we make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility references, or other website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
3. Components, Tools, Installation, and Use
All components are sold as parts only unless expressly stated otherwise.
No tools, adhesive, installation materials, or installation services are included unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase and for ensuring proper installation, testing, handling, and use after delivery.
Except where required by applicable law, 3C-Easy Markham is not responsible for loss, defect, malfunction, or damage arising from improper installation, improper handling, misuse, modification, technician error, attempted installation, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless expressly stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, including Ontario HST where required by law, will be charged at checkout.
Full payment is required at checkout unless an alternative payment arrangement is expressly offered by us.
Prices, product availability, shipping charges, and promotional offers may change from time to time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, listing errors, or obvious inaccuracies, including after an order has been submitted, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
5. Order Acceptance and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance, inventory availability, payment authorization, and review.
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. Before shipment, we may decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, listing inaccuracies, shipping limitations, suspected misuse of the website, or verification concerns.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to normal payment processing timelines.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Transit
Shipping methods, fees, and estimated transit times are generally shown at checkout or otherwise described in our Shipping Policy.
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Risk of loss and responsibility for the shipment pass in accordance with applicable law and the applicable carrier delivery status.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, service interruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping and contact information submitted at checkout is accurate, complete, and deliverable. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention
All orders are subject to screening, review, and acceptance before shipment.
To help protect customers, payment systems, and business operations from fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise suspicious transactions, 3C-Easy Markham reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to delay processing, place an order on hold, request additional verification, refuse shipment, cancel an order, limit quantities, or issue a refund where payment, billing, identity, security, or transaction authenticity cannot be reasonably confirmed.
We are not required to fulfill or release an order that cannot be reasonably verified for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
For security and risk-management purposes, we may also decline orders that appear inconsistent, incomplete, unverifiable, high risk, or otherwise unsuitable for processing through our store.
8. Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage for products sold through our website is governed by the applicable policy in effect at the time of purchase, including our Component Warranty Policy and Accessories Replacement Policy, where applicable. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, warranty coverage is limited to verified manufacturing or material defects only.
Without limitation, warranty coverage does not apply to:
- improper installation
- installation-related damage
- accidental damage
- physical damage
- liquid damage
- misuse
- abuse
- neglect
- unauthorized modification
- attempted repair
- normal wear and tear
- incompatibility caused by incorrect model selection or customer error
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, and defect verification may be required before any replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or other remedy is approved.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law, including any legal warranty rights that may apply to consumers in Quebec.
9. Returns, Replacements, and Consumer Rights
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and related remedies are subject to the applicable policy in effect at the time of purchase.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, exclude, or waive any non-waivable rights or remedies available under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, any applicable legal warranty for consumers in Quebec, or other applicable law.
Where verification of a reported defect, issue, or mismatch is required, we reserve the right to inspect, test, or otherwise evaluate the item before approving any return, replacement, refund, or warranty remedy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3C-Easy Markham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, technician labour costs, third-party repair costs, or downtime arising from or relating to any product sold through our website.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in connection with any claim relating to a product shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply except where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
11. Accuracy of Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete order information, including shipping details, billing details, contact information, and product selections.
3C-Easy Markham is not responsible for errors, delays, losses, failed deliveries, or other issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the customer.
12. Disputes and Complaints
We are committed to addressing customer concerns in a fair, reasonable, and professional manner.
Before initiating a formal dispute, chargeback, or complaint through a third party, customers are encouraged, where reasonable, to contact 3C-Easy Markham directly and provide sufficient detail, documentation, and a reasonable opportunity for review and response.
Where a matter cannot be resolved directly, it may be escalated to an appropriate third-party forum or legal process, including the Better Business Bureau or any forum of competent jurisdiction, where applicable.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property and Compatibility References
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all trademarks, brand names, trade names, model names, and logos referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for compatibility identification, nominative reference, or descriptive purposes.
3C-Easy Markham is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the respective brand owner unless expressly stated otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, subject to applicable law.
The version in effect at the time the order is placed will generally apply to that purchase, unless a revised version is required by law or expressly accepted by the customer.
