Full-Cover Design

The full-cover design extends closer to the edges of the phone’s front surface, helping provide more complete protection than a traditional protector with wider exposed margins.

Depending on the product design, the protector may include a black border intended to blend with the phone’s display bezel.

A small margin may remain around certain edges to accommodate the shape of the phone, installation tolerances, and protective-case compatibility.

Screen Clarity and Touch Response

The clear surface is designed to preserve the appearance of the original display while providing an additional protective layer.

When properly installed, the protector should maintain:

Display clarity and touchscreen response may be affected by dust, improper alignment, damaged glass, or pressure from an incompatible case.

Everyday Screen Protection

It also acts as a replaceable protective layer that may absorb some damage during minor impacts or accidental contact.

A screen protector may reduce the likelihood of damage but cannot guarantee protection against every drop, impact, concentrated pressure point, bend, or crushing force.

Product Quality Notes

The full-cover border must be aligned carefully. Incorrect positioning may partially cover the visible display, front camera, sensors, speaker opening, or notch area.

Minor spacing around the edges may be intentional to improve case compatibility and reduce the likelihood of edge lifting.

No screen protector can prevent all damage caused by severe drops, concentrated pressure, bending, crushing, or impact against sharp or uneven surfaces.

Installation Notes

For best installation results:

• Remove the protective case
• Clean and dry the display thoroughly
• Remove all dust, oil, and fingerprints
• Check the protector’s orientation before removing the backing
• Carefully align the speaker, camera, sensors, and notch area
• Lower the protector gently onto the display
• Press from the centre outward to remove trapped air
• Reinstall the protective case only after confirming proper adhesion

Dust, debris, fingerprints, incorrect alignment, or repeated removal may cause bubbles, reduced adhesion, edge lifting, or visible marks beneath the protector.

Case Compatibility

Due to its extended edge coverage, this protector may not be compatible with every protective case.

Compatibility may be reduced with:

• Cases featuring high or inward-curving front edges
• Cases that overlap the display area
• Full-body or waterproof cases
• Cases with built-in screen protection
• Damaged, stretched, or poorly fitted cases

Pressure from an incompatible case may cause lifting, bubbling, cracking, or reduced adhesion around the protector’s edges.

Warranty

This is a genuine Pisen-branded accessory and is covered by Pisen’s applicable manufacturer warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms, proof-of-purchase requirements, product eligibility, and regional policies.

Manufacturer warranty claims may need to be submitted directly to Pisen or its authorized distributor.

The warranty generally does not cover:

• Cracks or chips caused by impact
• Scratches from ordinary use
• Improper installation
• Dust, debris, or bubbles introduced during installation
• Incorrect alignment
• Edge lifting caused by an incompatible case
• Removal or attempted reinstallation
• Accidental or physical damage
• Damage to the phone or original display
