Common Camera-Failure Symptoms
Replacement may be appropriate when the rear camera:
- Displays a black preview
- Produces consistently blurry images
- Cannot focus properly

Product Quality Notes
This replacement camera may be aftermarket, refurbished original, pulled original, or otherwise sourced depending on available inventory.
Image quality, autofocus speed, stabilization, low-light performance, colour balance, cosmetic condition, and supported functions may vary depending on the component grade.
The external rear-camera lens glass is not included unless specifically stated. Cracked, scratched, dirty, fogged, or incorrectly installed lens glass may continue to affect image quality after the internal camera module has been replaced.
Installation Notes
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
Camera replacement requires opening the phone and carefully disconnecting internal components. Improper handling may damage the display, battery, camera connectors, logic board, Face ID-related components, or nearby flex cables.
Before final installation:
- Confirm the exact iPhone model
- Inspect the replacement module and connectors
- Disconnect the battery before removing or connecting the camera
- Test the camera before resealing the phone
- Confirm photo and video capture
- Test autofocus and image stabilization
- Test each available rear lens and zoom level
- Confirm flash operation
- Test portrait-related functions where applicable
- Inspect the lens area for dust, fingerprints, or debris
- Avoid touching the camera lenses or image sensors
Do not force connectors into place. Bent pins, damaged sockets, torn flex cables, or excessive pressure may permanently damage the camera module or logic board.
No tools, adhesive, or replacement display seal are included.

- Torn, folded, punctured, or damaged flex cables
- Bent connector pins or damaged logic-board sockets
- Improper installation
- Physical or impact damage
- Liquid or corrosion damage
- Damage caused by excessive heat or pressure
- Software, calibration, or compatibility issues
- Camera problems caused by unrelated components
- Labour, diagnostics, installation, removal, or related repair costs
The component must be connected and fully tested before final installation.
