Product Quality Notes

The iPhone 14 Plus was originally manufactured with a flexible OLED display. This Premium Plus replacement also uses flexible Soft OLED technology, making it the closest aftermarket option to the original screen in terms of thickness, brightness, colour, flexibility, and overall visual performance.

Although Soft OLED is more flexible and generally more resistant to internal damage than Hard OLED, it can still be damaged by drops, pressure, bending, frame deformation, or improper installation.

True Tone support requires the original display data to be transferred using compatible programming equipment. True Tone may not function if the original screen cannot be read or if the transfer is not completed successfully.

Installation Notes

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

The screen must be fully tested before final installation and before removing any protective films. Damage caused by improper installation, excessive pressure, torn flex cables, incorrect alignment, or failure to disconnect the battery is not considered a manufacturing defect.

The original earpiece speaker and front sensor assembly may need to be transferred from the old screen. These components are associated with Face ID functionality and must be handled carefully.

Display data transfer may be required to retain True Tone functionality.

No tools or adhesive are included.

Warranty

This component includes a 30-day limited parts-only warranty against manufacturing defects when purchased as a component.

When installed by 3C-Easy Markham, the Premium Plus screen option includes:

• 180-day limited warranty on the replacement screen component
• 90-day limited warranty on workmanship

Coverage is subject to the applicable in-store repair warranty terms.

The warranty does not cover:

• Cracked or chipped glass
• Internal OLED damage
• Black spots, display lines, or image loss caused by pressure or impact
• Torn or damaged flex cables
• Improper installation
• Liquid damage
• Physical damage
• Damage caused by bending, twisting, or frame deformation
• Damage caused by incompatible components
• Labour, installation, removal, or related repair costs for component-only purchases

The screen must be fully tested before installation. Warranty eligibility may be affected once the component has been installed, damaged, altered, or had its protective films removed.
