Common Battery-Failure Symptoms

Battery replacement may be appropriate when the phone:

Product Quality Notes

This is a premium aftermarket replacement battery and is not manufactured by Samsung.

Actual battery performance depends on:

A replacement battery will not correct excessive power consumption caused by a logic-board fault, charging-circuit problem, liquid damage, defective display, software malfunction, or another damaged internal component.

Several charging cycles may be required before the displayed battery percentage becomes fully consistent after installation.

Installation Notes

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Battery replacement requires removal of the strongly bonded glass rear cover. Improper removal may crack the rear glass, damage the wireless charging assembly, puncture the battery, or affect nearby internal components.

Before final installation:

• Confirm the exact Samsung model number
• Inspect the replacement battery for swelling, punctures, tears, or other damage
• Disconnect the original battery before connecting the replacement
• Test charging and battery recognition
• Confirm the battery lies flat inside the housing
• Ensure no cables or components are trapped beneath the battery
• Test wired and wireless charging where applicable
• Test the phone before resealing the rear cover

Never bend, puncture, crush, overheat, or install a damaged lithium-ion battery. Improper handling may cause fire, smoke, chemical leakage, swelling, or serious device damage.

No tools or rear-cover adhesive are included. Battery adhesive may be included where supplied, but a replacement rear-cover seal is not included unless specifically stated.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to lithium-ion battery transportation restrictions:

• This product cannot be shipped to the United States.
• Shipping is available only within Canada.
• This product is eligible for ground shipping only.
• Air and international shipping options are not available.

Orders containing batteries may require additional delivery time compared with products eligible for air transportation.

Warranty

This component includes a 30-day limited parts-only warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable 3C-Easy Markham Component Warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal battery-capacity degradation
• Swelling caused by excessive heat, misuse, overcharging, or device faults
• Bent, punctured, torn, crushed, or physically damaged batteries
• Damaged battery connectors or flex cables
• Improper installation
• Liquid or corrosion damage
• Damage caused by incompatible chargers or accessories
• Charging or power issues caused by unrelated components
• Labour, diagnostics, installation, removal, or related repair costs

The battery must be inspected and tested before final installation.
