I went here today and the two gentlemen that helped me diagnose my phone with a broken power button. They were very kind and helpful at explaining everything and my options. Very good service. I didn't get it fixed yet but they helped me figure out what the problem is. They helped disassemble and reassemble my phone without cost.
Got my S22 ultrasound battery changed and the mic fixed. The store clerk there was absolutely professional. He explained the whole process and told me my options. The fix was done really quickly and he was very transparent. What really impressed me was he showed me the parts that were taken out of my phone and returned them to me after replacing them with new ones. He also encouraged me to test everything and even after I had paid him and he was closing up shop for the day (I was his last customer) I was outside testing my phone and he came over again to make sure everything was working fine and up to standard. Really happy with the service and job!
We came here to get our phone screen fixed he changed us 115$ after few minutes he told us that he can repair the current screen so it will cost us 25$ only. He also offer free drinks and candy to customers. Very professional service. Honest. Recommend.
I came here to get the buttons on my Pixel fixed, as well as my Nintendo Switch Joycons. The service was exceptional and the prices were VERY reasonable. I will be visiting 3C Easy Markham again for future repair needs.
I usually don't write reviews but I was very pleased with my experience here. Had my phone screen cutout after a drop and got 5 quotes from around Markham. Everywhere quoted me +$300 for a new phone screen, but this was the only store that suggested it may just be a loose connector. Ended up only costing me $40. Very experienced and professional staff.
