Certain eligible products may be replaced or, where appropriate, refunded depending on the nature of the issue and applicable law. Contact us for assistance.

1. Introduction

At 3C-Easy Markham, we are committed to providing high-quality smartphone accessories and a clear, transparent after-sales experience. This Replacement Policy outlines the circumstances in which eligible accessories may qualify for replacement in the event of defects or fulfillment issues. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Certain established brands, including OtterBox and ZAGG, may offer extended or manufacturer-backed warranties. For those brands, product registration and warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer, as 3C-Easy Markham is not authorized to process manufacturer warranty claims on their behalf.

👉 Please refer to Section 8 or the manufacturer’s official website for registration and claim instructions.

2. Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated, eligible smartphone accessories are covered by a 90-day replacement warranty starting from the original date of purchase.

3. Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement may be available under the following circumstances:

Manufacturing Defects
The product is found to be defective or malfunctioning due to a manufacturing issue within the 90-day warranty period.

Shipping Damage
The product was damaged during transit and the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.

Incorrect Item Received
The item received does not match the original order and the issue is reported within 3 days of receipt.

4. Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under this Replacement Policy:

Accidental or User-Induced Damage
Including, but not limited to, drops, impacts, liquid exposure, misuse, or improper handling.

Normal Wear and Tear
Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or other signs of regular use that do not affect functionality.

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified by any party other than 3C-Easy Markham or the original manufacturer.

Loss or Theft
Lost or stolen items are not eligible for replacement.

Buyer’s Remorse
Change of mind, personal preference, or compatibility concerns after purchase.

Refunds
This policy is intended to govern replacement requests. Refunds are generally not offered under this policy unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by 3C-Easy Markham.

5. Replacement Request Process

To initiate a replacement request, please follow the steps below:

Contact Customer Support
Email us at support@3cez.ca within the applicable reporting period.

Please include:

  • your order number or proof of purchase
  • the product name
  • a detailed description of the issue

Provide Supporting Evidence
Photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage may be required for assessment.

Return Authorization
If the replacement request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

👉 Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.

Replacement Fulfillment
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved replacement will be processed and shipped at no additional cost. Standard processing time is 2 business days after inspection.

Failure to provide requested evidence, or failure to return the original item in the condition reasonably required for assessment, may result in denial of the replacement request.

6. Replacement Conditions

Replacements will be issued for the same model and colour, subject to availability.

If the original product is no longer available, a comparable product of equal or greater value may be provided.

Replacement items will carry the remaining balance of the original 90-day warranty period or a 14-day complimentary warranty period, whichever is longer.

All replacement requests are subject to inspection and verification by 3C-Easy Markham. Eligibility will be determined by 3C-Easy Markham acting reasonably and in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Replacement Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase or claim submission, as applicable and subject to applicable law, will govern.

8. Brand Warranty Quick Links (Manufacturer-Handled Claims)

Some premium brands offer manufacturer-backed warranties that extend beyond our in-store replacement policy. These warranties are administered exclusively by the brand owners and may require product registration.
