Blu Element lists the DropZone Air design as impact resistant, anti-scratch, ultra-thin, and constructed with a shock-absorbing TPU frame and clear acrylic back.

Drop Protection

Blu Element states that the DropZone Air case has been drop tested and lists a protection level of up to 300 drops from 6 feet. The same product page also references testing from 6 feet, so actual protection should not be interpreted as a guarantee against every drop or impact.

Protection can vary depending on:

• The height and angle of the drop
• The surface on which the phone lands
• Previous damage to the device
• Repeated impacts
• Improper case installation
• Debris trapped between the phone and the case

Everyday Protection

The raised perimeter helps reduce direct contact between the phone’s display and flat surfaces when placed face down. Raised protection around the camera area also helps prevent the camera lenses from resting directly against tables and countertops.

The transparent back allows the phone’s original colour and appearance to remain visible while helping protect the rear surface from everyday scratches and scuffs.

Product Quality Notes

No protective case can prevent all device damage. Severe drops, concentrated pressure, crushing, bending, or impact against sharp or uneven surfaces may still damage the phone.

Clear case materials may gradually develop scratches, discolouration, or yellowing due to sunlight, heat, skin oils, chemicals, and normal use. These changes are considered ordinary cosmetic wear rather than manufacturing defects.

Installation and Care

Clean and dry the phone before installing the case. Insert one side of the device first, then gently press the remaining corners into position.

Periodically remove the case and clean both the phone and the inside of the case. Dust, sand, or debris trapped between the case and the device may cause cosmetic marks over time.

Avoid exposing the case to harsh chemicals, excessive heat, or prolonged direct sunlight.

This is a genuine Blu Element-branded accessory and is covered by Blu Element’s applicable manufacturer warranty, subject to its terms, proof-of-purchase requirements, and regional warranty policies.
