No tools, adhesive, replacement display seal, solder, flux, brackets, screws, or installation materials are included.
Display-Removal Notice
Accessing the charging port requires removing the bonded display assembly.
The 12.9-inch iPad Pro display is large, thin, fragile, and vulnerable to:
- Cracked glass
- Internal mini-LED or LCD damage
- Touch-layer damage
- Flex-cable tears
- Pressure marks
- Backlight damage
- Adhesive contamination
- Damage caused by excessive heat
Use appropriate heat control and opening tools.
The display flex cables and Face ID-related components must be disconnected carefully. Damage to paired Face ID hardware may permanently disable Face ID.
Display damage caused during installation is not considered a defect in the charging port component.
Water- and Dust-Resistance Notice
Opening the iPad compromises its original adhesive seals.
Replacement display adhesive may help reduce entry of dust and incidental moisture, but original sealing performance cannot be restored or guaranteed after repair.
Incorrect charging port alignment or incomplete display sealing may allow moisture or debris to enter the device.
Avoid exposing a repaired iPad to water, steam, high humidity, or other liquids.
Warranty
This component includes a 30-day limited parts-only warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable 3C-Easy Markham Component Warranty.
The warranty does not cover:

- Installation in an incompatible A2378, A2379, A2461, A2462, A2436, A2437, A2764, or A2766 device
- Debris, lint, dirt, or contamination inside the USB-C connector
- Bent, broken, damaged, or corroded connector pins
- Torn, folded, punctured, stretched, or damaged flex cables
- Burned, bridged, missing, or improperly soldered contacts
- Lifted solder pads or damaged copper traces
- Cold, cracked, or incomplete solder joints
- Bent connector pins or damaged mainboard sockets
- Damage caused during component transfer
- Improper installation or incorrect part selection
- Physical, impact, pressure, or twisting damage
- Liquid, moisture, or corrosion damage
- Damage caused by excessive heat or unsuitable soldering equipment
- Damage caused by unsuitable cables, adapters, hubs, or accessories
- Charging issues caused by the battery or mainboard
- USB, Thunderbolt, display-output, or accessory problems caused by unrelated components
- Damage to the display or Face ID-related components during installation
- Software, firmware, accessory, or compatibility limitations
- Labour, diagnostics, soldering, installation, removal, or related repair costs
The component must be connected, installed as required, and fully tested before the display is resealed.
Removal of an installed or soldered component may leave visible solder residue or physical changes. Warranty eligibility remains subject to inspection and the applicable Component Warranty terms.
